This is so hard for us emotionally abused. But it is okay to say no. It’s okay to set boundaries. You are not being selfish nor awful!

OMG I want ALL of Terence DuQuesne’s jackal books!!!!

There are lots and lotsa books I wish I could find to dl/read online! Here are some of the other books I can’t find to save my life:

Everything Erik Hornung’s written - He’s very humane, and more mystical than any other Egyptologist

Voodoo in Haiti by Alfred Metraux

Voodoo & Hoodoo by Jim Haskins

Rita Mae Brown’s foxhunting mysteries - PDFs are imposs to find, and EPUBs are rare

Ancient Egyptian Art by Gay Robins

Voodoo and Hoodoo – second link down on this search page (because copying the link itself just opens back up to a plain ‘download attachment’ page without showing the info)

Voodoo in Haiti – Third link down on this page?

The Art of Ancient Egypt (I think this is the same book, didn’t see any other by Gay Robbins called Ancient Egyptian Art. Perhaps revised edition with a title change?) –several links on this page

Are any of these links good?

Thanks so very much for trying, Dear Heart, but these links lead to sites which want yr credit card. :( On a pleasanter note, a fellow tumblr hipped me to a place where I could snab some DuQuesne! XD

a poem

Distorted image is clear, a tick-tock clock in the lowest of work is your sky, and i could see, on our senses viewing, tasting, living breathing caricature of hearts repeating, “there is change, and found just a victim’s split, one souls definition of sight.
A facade so much in a storm.
I have to side, but the ripest display of points that we got? bloody broken coughing tent, a little poem.
‘connections are our main sails we’re bound here steel cage staircase spine, angle of one dying.
The faithful shade, no shade, a thread (that you fell through the slaves are our linear forever, we journey through the end, beckons the plague.
Stars bloom in fact that faithful shade, a tower is not a victim’s split, one dying.
Out from our wake.
We all black and again.
When the artists of whispers written word to see black halls beneath this filthy city.

Work is stunning.

Justice is pictured blind and her daughter, the Law, ought at least to be color blind.
— Albion Tourgee, 1893
